What is our mission?
Once we were in a position to build a team of the best customer success engineers, we wanted to spread the knowledge and tools that can help everyone do the same. Our goal is to help companies shine the light on how they currently affect their customers. Help them pivot the strategy if needed, and, of course, help companies grow via strong customer orientation. Data is everything! Our objective is to define the customer success data processing standard and help companies around the globe to navigate through an ocean of customer feedbacks with concrete action items.
