Creating a new survey is described in the steps below:

1. Go to the Surveys page and click on the Create Survey button
   
   
2. Then few items about what you want to collect (in this example we’ve used the CSAT as the survey type of interest):
   
   
3. Your survey is created, copy its link for the appropriate channel of communication you want to use it on and that’s it:
   
   
4. Now send this link to the customer you want to measure, in this case, CSAT or customer satisfaction score.
