Creating New Department

At this point, you are probably looking to create teams for different target measures. Follow below steps to create departments and sort your agents into appropriate teams:

  1. Navigate to Settings -> Departments.
  2. On the top right corner of the departments, list click on Create New.
  3. Fill out the short form and save it by clicking on the Save button.
  4. That’s it! Now, assign each user to the department you need them in.
