Setting up your MetricsFlare surveys with “Olark” Chat is done through shortcuts – the chance is that you’re already using them to make you and the lives of your customers easier.
To send a saved reply through a shortcut, just press the “;” sign, and a selection of saved replies will be available. From here you can search your saved replies and see a small preview before inserting.

Clicking on the Manage Shortcuts link will take you to Olark’s Shortcuts Settings page. Here you can create your very own MetricsFlare feedback reply:

By adding this shortcut, typing “;rateme” ( or whatever your custom shortcut is) will display the message with the MetricsFlare link that you can share with your end-users.
