We use a third-party intermediary to manage payment processing. Therefore we do not store, retain or use your billing information. The Service is billed in advance for each month according to your chosen plan, and is non-refundable. If you do not provide your credit card or other payment information before the expiration of any free trial period, your account will be suspended until payment information and charge authorization are provided.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
What You Provide to Us
The user is required to indicate true and correct billing information on the order. Also the user is obliged to inform MetricsFlare throughout the contractual relationship using help desk or web interface about:
- Change contact name, and no later than 30 days from the date of such change
- Any changes in their identification data and billing information, no later than 30 days from the date of such change
- Provider shall immediately notify all users known facts that could adversely affect the provision of services by providers.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
